• All horses priced over $1000 will be sold with a current negative Coggins test (if required). Any horse priced under $1000 will be provided a current negative Coggins test (if required) at Buyer's expense.

• A pre-purchase exam with our veterinarian is offered by request at Buyer's expense.  Any health certificates or Other documents for travel, tests for shipping purposes, or any additional veterinary work will be done so at Buyer's request and expense.

• A Contract of Sale will be provided with specific terms of sale listed upon it.  Both Seller and Buyer will retain A signed copy.  All registration papers and transfers of ownership will be held until horse is paid for in full.

• Some payment terms may be available but are not guaranteed on any horse.

• Paypal is accepted but Buyer will be responsible for any Paypal fee (if any) in addition to the  price of the horse.  Any fees accumulated due to International Wiring will be paid by Buyer as well.

• Shipping is to be provided by Buyer at their own expense. Seller can assist with recommendations of reputable haulers as well as quarantine facilities for International shipping.  Seller will be happy to assist with any arrangements that need to be made.

• Any horse needing to stay over 30 days at farm before shipping  may incur a monthly boarding fee.  Exceptions to this would be foals that have not been weaned yet, etc.

• Prices advertised on this website can be changed at any time without notice.  Horses may be added or removed from Sales List at any time without notice.
